— When the café terrace is open, up to two adults per child may attend.
— When the café terrace is closed (during winter or in adverse weather conditions), one adult per child may attend.

— Up to 28 children can jump at the same time.
— If the 30 minutes of jumping + 30 minutes of Bubble pool option is selected, groups of 21 children or more will be divided into 2 teams: one team jumps on the trampolines while the other enjoys the Bubble pool. Afterwards, the groups swap activities.
— Two birthday parties are never held in the celebration room at the same time. However, when a package is booked for fewer than 28 children, the remaining available spaces may be offered to other visitors who wish to jump or enjoy the Bubble pool.
— To confirm the package booking, a 30% advance payment of the total event price is required, including all added activities and extra services.
