ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS
At Buhda Jump Sociedad Limitada, we accept requests for date changes or booking cancellations under the terms set out below.
1. Date change or booking cancellation
The customer may request a change of date or the cancellation of an order or booking by sending written notice to buhdajump@gmail.com.
In order for the request to be processed correctly, such notice must be sent at least 5 calendar days in advance of the scheduled date of the booked activity, event, visit, or service.
2. Refund of the amount paid
When the cancellation request is received within the stated period, that is, with at least 5 calendar days’ notice, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
As a general rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed with the customer or otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Information required to process the cancellation
The cancellation email must include, at a minimum, the following information:
— full name of the person who made the purchase or booking;
— the email address used for the purchase;
— order or booking number;
— reason for the cancellation.
Failure to provide any of this information may delay or prevent the proper processing of the request.
4. Refund processing period
Once the request has been received and the provided information has been verified, the refund will be processed within a reasonable period of time.
Where a refund is due under these conditions or under applicable law, the amount paid will be returned to the customer as soon as possible and, in any case, within the maximum legal period applicable in each situation. 5. Late cancellations
If the cancellation request is made with less than 5 calendar days’ notice, Buhda Jump Sociedad Limitada may not be required to refund the amount paid, as these are services related to leisure activities provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Spanish consumer law provides an exception to the standard right of withdrawal for contracts concerning leisure-related services where the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance. (boe.es)
However, depending on the circumstances of the case, the company may choose to offer a date change, a voucher, a rescheduled booking, or, where appropriate, a partial refund, although this shall not constitute a general obligation.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish consumer protection legislation, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities where a specific date or period of performance has been agreed. This exception is expressly established in the legislation in force. (boe.es)
For this reason, bookings relating to birthday parties, activities, visits, events, or similar services contracted for a specific date shall be governed by this cancellation, return, and refund policy.
7. Inability to provide the service due to reasons attributable to the company
If the activity or service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to Buhda Jump Sociedad Limitada, the customer will be entitled, as appropriate, to one of the following options:
— a change of date;
— replacement with an equivalent service;
— a full refund of the amount paid.
